SERVICE AND AMENITIES
Weekly Security Check:
| - | Check for gas leaks, water leaks or other potentially damaging property issues |
| - | Make owner aware of potential needed services (roof shoveling, broken windows etc.) |
| - | Verify no damage has occurred to property |
On a yearly or as needed basis:
| - | Check/coordinate window washing |
| - | Check/coordinate carpet cleaning |
| - | Winterize home |
| - | Check/coordinate wood stock |
| - | Check/coordinate woodstove clean |
| - | Coordinate snow shoveling, including propane tank |
| - | Perform or coordinate other general services on an agreed upon basis |
